Anyone ever been here, looks like a 30A of Texas. Been several times to 30A, looking at paying a visit this August before our kids goes back to school after summer break. Son and I would be playing golf hopefully a few days.

It's my favorite resort near corpus. I'll be there this weekend. They've crammed the units in it there after Harvey so it's a little tight but not as much as cinnamon shore. but for me it's so much more fun (with golf, pool, and their restaurant and bar) and convenient to the beach than CS or port royal /mayan princess.

It's nice. Obviously if you're accustomed to 30A you'll need to set your bar low for the beach itself. The houses are nice, and the big pool is great if you're into resort style pools with swim-up bars and such. There's not as many businesses right there in the community like you would see at Rosemary or Seaside, aside from the one restaurant.

the outdoor bar at the golf course is a cool spot to hang before/after a round. I love that course even though it is a shell of its former self.

It was one of my favorite courses in Texas before Harvey. Really a shame they decided to build out homes instead and turn the remaining 9 holes into a glorified par3 course.

while there arent any par 5's some of the par 4's do have some teeth to them where you can hit driver. I enjoy the track.

The fries at Red's are the best I've ever had.
