I will be in Montreal and Quebec City for two weeks in July. For part of the trip, I will be with my wife and our daughter, who is twelve years old. For part of the trip, I will be alone, probably in Montreal. Any suggestions? My French is probably high B1 or low B2, if that is relevant.

You should have quite a few more options, as I visited in the shoulder season and most organized outdoor activities were not open.
