The Navy sent me here to Florida County back in '70... I married a Florida girl who won't let me go back.

And we have Whataburger and Sonic less than a mile from the house. What we don't have is some GOOD Texas Barbeque.

One Southwest Conference band director of the (Adams) era reportedly said "I dread going against the Aggie Band...It takes two weeks to recover from the trauma."

I ate at Whataburger in Jacksonville Beach. I was cruising down to the the beach while I was there on business, saw it, and nearly caused multiple accidents as I made a beeline for it. Total bonus.

For you Whataburger aficionados...I actually had my first Whataburger in 1970-71 in Ft Walton Beach FL. Its still there! Been bird-doggin Whataburgers in the state of Florida ever since I moved here in 1990.
