You should go to the Portland City grill. If you can get a table by the window you have a great view of the city. There's also a great cajun (yes real cajun food) somewhere but I don't remember the name of it...maybe somebody else knows what I'm talking about.

Are you thinking of Acadia? I consider it a little more creole than cajun, so we may be thinking of different places.

You're thinking of Montage ... the BEST macaroni and cheese you'll ever have. I've lived in Portland for almost 5 years and still can't get enough of it. Get some oyster shooters while you're there as well!
