Use an Aggie - Matt Sadler '87 with Keller Williams. Good guy and he's been in Denver for a long time.

I knew an aggie realtor in Colorado Springs when I was in the service. Whatever you do make sure the realtor is an aggie. I refuse to do business with anyone who is not a current or former student.

May want to narrow that search down...there is a good 200 miles difference north and south between Colorado Spring and Fort Collins.

I highly recommend the Denver area over the Springs and Fort Collins. It is easily one of the best places in America to live.

Mapquest said it was 134 miles.

I have a house in Johnstown, CO (near Loveland) I would sell you. 3000 sq ft + unfinished basement, walkout basement, cul-de-sac lot, unobstructed views of Long's Peak and the Front Range, protected grasland behind us (no one will build there), 3/4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 3 car/truck garage.
