Accepted offer doing micro irrigation sales...need to live around Salinas area. What are good neighborhoods and near by towns to live in? what areas to stay away from? Need help in figuring out where more affordable housing is if it even exists. Fyi...currently live in Laredo Tx so used to living in border town.. thanks in advance.

Your budget will play the biggest part in where you are looking to live .. personally, as close to the ocean as possible would be my preference and prob give you the biggest upside to appreciation..

Dont know the area too well but would start in monterey looking for something that is walkable to the beach/restaurants etc.
