Sister and brother in law just moved to LA from NY. They need to insure their car and rental (apartment). Currently have Geico but rates are very high. They know California is higher typically, but now that they are established they are wanting to shop. Both are less than knowledgeable when it comes to this stuff and really like to talk to a real person when they are looking into this.
