I have a townhome in Brian Head that I have as a vacation rental. Unfortunately, due to the breakup of an engagement, I no longer come to Las Vegas or Southern Utah as I did before. Brian Head is closest to Cedar City - about three hours north of Vegas. The townhome was bought from the developer and was the model so the furnishings and decor are decorator quality. I am selling it fully furnished and is an established vacation rental on Homeaway/VRBO. I am happy to help someone learn the vacation rental business if desired.

The vacation rental that has very loyal repeat guests and has had almost 100 days of occupancy this year making it a good investment that can break-even on revenue/expenses/tax deduction. The new owners of Brian Head Ski area have put over $6M in improvements in the ski area for both winter and summer sports.
