I was thinking about taking profits here but I think I'm going to keep it considering their potential plus escalated push for alternative energy now. So, tend to agree with this.

Back up to $30/share on the Amazon news. It's been quite a roller coaster ride the last year or so. Anyone benefit from today's action? I have been layering in puts on my stock position lately as a hedge, so no big impact for me - I'll be happy if my puts expire worthless.

What's left of my original shares are still at $0.28 cost basis. Back up to a 10x (over 12+ years). Peaked at a 270x (shed no tears for me, I did write some covered calls and bought some puts a few years ago). Just a crazy ride, no doubt.

I sold thousands of shares near ATH of $70 all with around 40-45c cost basis.

I actually had these remaining 700 on the sell block for tax harvesting this year, but I'm going to monitor through end of year and see what happens here.

My counsel is to retain at least a hundred (OK, maybe 1) shares, just for old time's sake (and so we can compare notes in our 90s)!

Done. I'll likely sell my lots with highest cost basis for the tax offset and keep the cheap ones.
