Comstock agreed to sell its properties in the Shelby Trough to "an unaffiliated third party" for $430 million on Oct. 10. The deal includes 36,000 net acres and interests in 155 (74.5 net) wells in Nacogdoches, San Augustine and Shelby counties, Texas.

Crescent Energy is selling non-core assets in legacy basins as it works to complete a foundational Permian Basin acquisition.
Crescent agreed to sell its Barnett Shale assets and conventional assets in the Rockies and Midcontinent for over $700 million, the company said in third-quarter earnings. The deals are expected to close by the end of the year.
