Because it's up over 17% in the last month.

Zoom out to the 1Y chart and that is your answer.

There was a significant 100k marker I told myself I'd treat myself to a nice steak dinner as soon as I hit it.

I haven't done that yet (should've gone this weekend), but at this point I'm thinking I should just hold off until the next one, since I'm already well on my way to that one.

This train is unstoppable at this point.

Think ANET ended slide at 141 and headed back up past 145 now....

I have my "play" account that is well into the 5 digits that has done about 14% YTD and about 70% over the past year while my real investment account in the 6 figures that is managed has done like 3% YTD and 15% in the past full year. It's so hard to not take control of more of my $ but the fact that my play account lost like 30% in the same year before making it back and more just keeps me happy that pros are managing the real money.

I have this same internal struggle all the time. My balancing act with this is I let my company 401k be run by the "professionals" (though I did sell a lot w/o their input the last couple of days), and I self-direct my SEP from my side gig.

When the rotation out of semiconductor and memory happens….whats next? Saas?

I feel that, but also, when my play account lost 30% the pro account lost less than 5 in the same time.

I got RDW down at 8.50 just now. That's going to be a nice swing trade next day or two.

these shake-outs of earnings are criminal...ARM, AMD...volatile drops hitting stop losses, then just rips 1-2 minutes later...does anyone on here have stops heading into earnings? if so, it just seems punishing and a horrible idea from ER price action I've witnessed

18% short float with a beat and raise, 5 days to cover...could see 10%+ tomorrow...or I might be averaging down!

I've been in it long term and am sitting at about even money on it. Bigger position than I want so I may sell some shares tomorrow if it goes up. I'm still optimistic and the earnings support that so we'll see.

FSLY was one of the early Texags meme stocks. Lots of discussion in 2023 and 2024, then botched an earnings report in February 2024. Wandered around the desert until February 2026 when they cured all wrongs and went on a tear. It appears their earnings report today had a glitch.

I doubt anyone here still owns it. I just mentioned it for posterity.
