Am I reading the CMG charts right that there have been some bigger volume buys over the past week, often at closing. Is some whale building a stake or is it something else?

VG at the level I'm ready to be a buyer again. Going to look to accumulate and then go netfree again on a new round of shares.

I haven't seen any correction. There has been a consolidation period following reaching all time highs.

Everyone is trying to figure out if a correction is coming (likely) or if the market is going to find another reason to reach a new all time high.

I was big on MSFT following earnings and its straight tanked since hoping it drops to get back in some long calls out to mid Nov

Friday's Powell/Fed meeting should send these stocks soaring again!!

GDX - This is not advice to enter anything. This is merely planning out the potential trade so we can be ready to strike if conditions are met. Timing can oscillate here timing wise.

Essentially, we have not yet reached my minimum upper target on the larger-degree pattern that's been playing out in GDX. Within the smaller degree, we seem to be working on a 4th wave correction. Within that correction, there's a good chance one more lower low would finish as an ending diagonal (overlapping and showings signs of exhaustion). Should that come to pass as charted (and timing is illustrative only), the expectation would be for the move back up to ATH to take the same amount of time as the 5-wave ED pattern took to get down. You can see the estimating of that on the purple lines, with the yellow and orange representing 1/2 and 0.618 that amount of time. The upper target zone is my larger-pattern targets that I think the impending bullish move could stretch to. So this plan would give a minimum target of $58.88 AND timing to get there (likely by early September or sooner), as well as a max target. So my next steps, should this pattern continue to play out, would be identofy the expiation and strike that gives us a 2x on cost at min target, 3-5x on cost at max target, and could hit both by expiration. Can't project that yet, but it would likely be Sep 5 or Sep 12.

1. Need the wave (5) down
2. Need reaction off of it
3. Ideally want to see nano (3-5m candle) 5 wave reaction up followed by a retracement to higher low.
4. Min Target would be $58.88
5. Max target would be $61.70.
6. Most likely target would be $60.50.
7. Likely need a strike that carries into September.

Those are the steps that have to play out before a trade even becomes available. And if none of the expirations give a strike with 2x potential at min target, I simply don't take the trade. As there are no stops on these plays. Need the reward to far outshine the risk.

I think it's 50/50 on Fridays Fed speak. I'm not sure it's just cut and dry that things will soar. Just my opinion

Wall Street already has baked in a rate cut for 17 September.
