I personally don't "invest" in land and real estate due the recurring costs. Taxes, insurance, etc. going up are brutal unless you can pass along 100% of the increases. HA keeps closer tabs on that market given his day job and likely has better insights.

That's a common narrative in the crypto podcast/YT space. It may be correct. I'm fairly sure the equity markets are in trouble if Japan implodes and/or we have a credit crisis. I have yet to hear a talking head explain how bitcoin/crypto adhere to that narrative if everything else is in a correction.

Everyone I've heard is very bearish for 26. Ya crypto isn't escaping a credit crisis by any means. If equities go down so will crypto.

I think stable coins will replace the dollar. Which are essentially just money market funds onchain. But the speed in which they can move around and buying the debt is key.

If we face a liquidity crisis, which I largely doubt we will, stable coins help because settlement times are seconds instead of days.

settlement times are what made me buy-in to coins like XRP. waiting 3-5 business days for cash to settle into a checking account versus seconds has a lot of value I would think long term

Here's my crude attempt at TA. Correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like we had this line of resistance, broke out, tested it as support/consolidated for a couple of weeks and are now starting an up trend?

50 day moving average. Means it likely is out of its downtrend and possibly starting an uptrend. But that's not guaranteed by any means.

Ive got ~9% of my crypto fund in cash now. If it keeps going up I'll probably sell more to get up to ~20% in cash. Hope to sell lots above my average cost to bring that down plus some profit

Then I'll hold. If it doesn't come back down I'll eventually move the money into QQQ or or some other crypto

I feel like I'm too heavy in ETH and BMNR at about 45% of my fund

Its extremely volatile, up and down.

For example 2 days ago I was down about 10K from a previous high of 34K. Today I am down 7K from the previous high of 34K.

Thats with putting in 24K total and 2K of it is in cash now. I basically got down to breakeven at one point but was down something like 30% at one point around a year or so ago

If it continues going up I'll sell a little more up to 6K or 25% max in cash.

The swings can be difficult as this guy says

I think its certain it happens, uncertain that we see price for ETH thats anything like Tom Lee is saying.

All his peoce predictions point to correlations to BTC or something along those lines, not something like Fink and amomg other banks need to buy X
amount which will drive the price to X

5% is a real big deal for the future backbone of global finance infrastructure and I do believe the institutions will collectively need a lot more than 5%.
