Major issues with security company - ADVICE REQUESTED!!!!

Howdy yall. So two years ago we signed up with AMP Smart security without doing our homework on them. That is our fault.

But they have been horrible and the system hasn't worked properly in over a year. I am trying to cancel but they want me to pay over $1,800 to do so. They haven't responded to service requests and haven't met their end of the contract.

Does anyone have tips on how to cancel or connections within the company?

If they haven't met their end of the contract, you can charge back to your credit card and/or file a complaint with the attorney general's office.

The contract says I have to pay if I cancel…. But it also says we can cancel if they don't fix issues. Which they haven't… although they are denying even though we have records of the tickets submitted
