My current nonfiction selections are Basic Economics - Sowell and The Bitcoin Standard. I've been reading both of them slowly only because I have a bias towards fiction.
On recession, pundits are all over the map. I read wide ranging predictions everyday. To hypeiv's point, I did see an opinion this week which I haven't seen much of in that people are forgetting that recessions are fairly normal in the economic cycle and they usually aren't at the level of 2008.
However, this current administration is doing everything in it's power to give us Great Depression 2.0. Pointed it out elsewhere but Biden signed an EO last week that makes it easy for minorities to get home loans. This is the exact move that Bill Clinton did that caused the 2008 Recession. Ironically, in the article I mentioned above they pointed that out and were arguing that we don't have similar foundational weaknesses this time around.
Lol. That article must have been written right before Biden repeated Clinton's catastrophic mistake.
