I love this! Cuban wears me out. Its probably mostly political, but he acts like he is Warren Buffet or something. I'm not saying Cuban is not smart by any means. However, he made is fortune on one company. While that is a great achievement, it hardly makes you investment/economic god he thinks he is.

The Mavs marketed Voyager hard to group of working class folks. Personally, I think everyone is responsible for their own investments, so I'm not sure about the legal aspects (unless it was truly a Ponzi scheme and Cuban benefited from it). I more wish the NBA or Shark Tank would disassociate with him due to the harm he did to their audience.

He has personally harmed me by breaking up the 2011 Championship Team, and we all know he will screw up Luka too!

I lost $100 from Voyager. I didn't think the mavs would promote something that would fail so quickly. I was wrong. I'll recover. haha

The mavs and any sports team aren't immune to shady sponsor deals. They are happy to slap a company's logo on almost anything if the check clears. The Rockets had court floor ads for Chinese cell phones and then a jersey sponsorship from Rokit phones.

I think a lot of the elite rich made their fortune with one company. I'm indifferent toward him, but he did buy the Mavs for $280 million and they are valued at $2.5 billion today - pretty good return.

I mean, he made the bulk of his initial money simply from selling at the right time -- and whether or not you think what he developed was actually worth a flip, knowing when to get out is something a lot of otherwise shrewd people never learn.

And really "right place, right time" applies to a large % of old millionaire/billionaire families in Texas.
