Wow, OP. You're doing well without any advise for the "experts" on TexAgs. Since you didn't mention it, I assume you don't have any crypto, and I'd keep it that way. Putting hard money into an "investment" that has no cash flow and only gets you a return if another idiot is willing to pay more than you in the future, probably won't do as well as you have already done for yourself.
