Lol I do come across some Mr Patels in my line of work.

We are doing a few different ones. Out of the the six we have:

Three woodspring
One stayapt
One extended stay america
One Everhome

Out of curiosity, how is this prop A going to directly impact you? I haven't seen the details, but it's a rather large 15 year note they expect to pay off by raising taxes on hotels and overnight stays. I don't see any way Dallas citizens vote against another proposal advertised as free money.

Good question. We actually aren't doing any hotels in Dallas. Waco, Huntsville, AL, Atlanta, and San Antonio are where our sites are.

Gotcha and sorry for thread derail. I've been curious how that prop will effect hotels and companies that regularly use hotels for clients and employees. I thought you might have insight.

Not in the slightest. It's never even mentioned really. Probably a wholly different clientele.

As someone who has ridden an ambulance in the city of Dallas, I can confirm this.

So they are paying cash.

What's the time period for the investment? How does the investor exit?

Five year hold. You exit when we sell.
