They are just a mess. Trying to be global fiber backbone while also selling retail signal to peepaw in ETX/LA. Only thing keeping them remotely relevant was that massive div. It was unsustainable. Took my L today, adios.

It was the right move cutting dividend to address debt, not sure about buying stock back, but that at least sets them up for a near term technical bounce IMO. Got some gov contracts in pipeline.

I know most of the management. They're starting to make inexplicable decisions. What was a unique set of assets is becoming a crap regional ILEC.

Best bet is that one of the big 3 tech companies buys them.
