I've got 7 acres of land out near Millican that I dont want to sell but was thinking someone might want to use as a business location... I've got a business out there already but I'm getting too old to keep up with it.. It does have a building/house on the property but we cant use it as a generic home rental without extensive renovations because we removed most of the kitchen and there is no bath/shower... which we didnt need...

any ideas?

Maybe link up with one of the commercial realtors in town and see if they have some ideas? You see these signs for "Build to suit." Maybe they could build out something while you rent the underlying land. Watch out for property taxes rising, though.
