I am self-employed and looking for new health insurance. I have gone to health.gov to apply for plans and some of those look okay but not great.

Has anyone else self-employed found a good plan that a reasonable cost?

I am 40 years old and live in Texas. Only covering myself.

ETA: Oops. Just saw the other thread.

Over a year ago I switched my family and I over to Sedera combined with a direct primary physician membership. It's been absolutely awesome. Haven't had anything catastrophic happen but we did just have a baby 2 weeks ago and the billing process was the simplest & cheapest out of our 3 kids. Not only was it cheaper but much more pregnancy cost were covered (pumps, checkups, chiropractor).
Also, my wife is absolutely hooked on the direct primary physician model. To be able to see our dr same day, to text or call and get answers within minutes has been incredible for a family with small children.
Best of all, we are spending less than half of what we did with private insurance.
