I have a fairly complex tax situation: mainly around multiple LLCs and lots of K-1s. The problem is I'm at a larger firm now and I have a new guy every year and have to explain everything every year. I want one person who knows my situation year to year and who can help me optimize my taxes.
I'm in Houston but doubt that matters much these days. They need to be familiar with oil and gas.
