If thr smaller guys are going to lose customers to the big boys, what ETF best represents those big boys

Just buy shares of the US G-SIBs and maybe a smaller pool of D-SIBs that you like, that's what the ETF you described would look like.

Yeah, was hoping for a one stop shop ETF of too big to fail banks I could follow as this thing unfolds.

Maybe it all settles out or maybe we end up with a handful of too big to save banks in the end. Hope not because one thing seems certain. The banking industry will continue to have problems and will continue to get bailed out as long as that's a possibility

Problem is that the definition changes by the day; C, BAC, WF and JPM are the "Big 4" that will probably benefit the most if you want to keep it simple.

and yet my BAC has been getting CRUSHED the last year

I think it's down 34% 52 week low
