USAA did the exact same to me. Followed advice and shopped around, did not any or few better deals and then only slightly better!

This has been my experience the last few years. I've shopped and not found any savings worth jumping ship.

Holy moly!! No claims at all. Annual policy. Homeowners from $2,200 to $3,200. Auto from 3,400 to $5,100!

Insanity .
How many cars and type of drivers we talking about? Auto being as much as home is kind of nuts to me. Your old figures here are roughly in line with mine so hope I'm not looking at a similar huge increase.

I recently switch from State Farm to AllState. My auto was cut in half for identical/better coverage and homeowners was a little less expensive as well. I would have stayed with State Farm if they could have explained the difference in price. They couldn't.

Same and wife just got a speeding ticket we were unable to purge because she was going to fast. Going to get reamed.

Wow. I just got my auto renewal it went up about $200/six month. It's now about $3700 for two for the year, one of whom is my 18 year old son. I drive a Boxster. No claims or tickets in 5+ years. I guess I should consider myself lucky…?

House renewed at $2500 in Feb. This is all with State Farm in Harris County.

Did it go down during COVID?

My auto went down 30%+ during COVID and teh year after. It is now popped again, but only about 5-10% more than pre-COVID.

had different vehicles and lived somewhere else so not apples/apples.

That being said... 200+/month for each vehicle is pretty nuts with adult drivers, no claims, no tickets.

Luckily, requoting got it back down. Time to switch to Flo from Progressive.
