We're in the process of choosing a service provider to handle all of our sale tax compliance, filings, registration etc for the states where we have nexus(11 states).

Anyone here use any of the services out there and have experience with them? I've spoken to Avalara and got a quote from them but not real fond of some of their up front costs, ongoing fees and having to pay the entire year up front. Also have a demo scheduled with Numeral and starting to look at others too(taxjar etc). I prefer the pay per filing and pay as you go setup compared to Avalara.
