Just reaching for straws here. Does anyone know of an Aggie that works at Stubhub? I sold some tickets and someone hacked my account. Never had problems with them previously, but now looking over web posts, there are a lot of issues with them. I have done everything I can through the routine channels. I've got a friend that is a lawyer is willing to send a demand letter, but I was hoping maybe somebody might know of somebody that is an Aggie that works with them that I could reach out to and connect with to see if I could get some help that way. Thanks.

Can't help unfortunately, but there was an issue with my tickets to A&M vs Texas last year and their customer service was unbelievably useless. Absolute incompetence. Never again

I've been a selling my Texans seats most games the past 8 years and never had any issues… but the last two seasons have been a pain the butt!! Terrible time uploading the tix (for instant download). And yes, customer service is horrible!

Agree their customer service is useless. Had bought courtside seats earlier this year for a pro game many weeks ahead of the game and tickets were still not delivered the night before the game. They told me don't worry, you'll get your money back if they don't arrive by tomorrow - which was no help at all since there weren't any really good seats left and the travel plans I had booked could not be cancelled. Thankfully the tickets came through on game day, but there's no way they should ever allow that because it was an electronic transfer - it prevented me from re-selling the tickets even though they said it would not.

Yeah the "don't worry you'll get $ back" is such trash.

Needs to be 200% back or better seats. They at penalizing the seller for not fulfilling the order and just picketing all that $.
