I've received numerous texts, emails, phone calls (and when I answer the phone, they hang up or never leave a voice mail if I don't answer; caller ID indicates it's from QQQ) and proxy solicitations over the past month asking me to vote my shares in Invesco QQQ Trust.

Only problem - I sold all of my shares this past summer and plowed most of the proceeds into Applovin, which I sold at a large profit [humble brag].

Anyone else own QQQ and experiencing this?

The exact same thing is happening to me. I've just been ignoring it all.

Same...mountains of mail...tossed all of them. Answered the phone once and no one said anything.

I got a letter that promised if I gave shareholder approval than the letters would stop.

Get texts as well as other communications from them. Even worse, my wife and I own it in more than one account, lol. I just ignore them.

I got all that as well and finally did it over the phone and the calls and letters stopped

Took no time at all

Received another proxy in the mail yesterday.

Got a Cyber Monday text today from them -- 4th or 5th text I've gotten from them. Clicked the link. basically rubber stamped the "board"'s recommendation in 2 minutes.

This. Just do it and gets rid of the annoyance.

I would, except I sold my shares six months ago and they still keep contacting me.

Also lowering the management fee
