OP, I want to buy an island in the Caribbean and have it as a sort of mecca for young women and rich influential males. Where leaders of industry and even Presidents and heads of state can visit and mingle with young women we lure in with modeling gigs, etc.... Can you set up this type of park?

Well, apparently you aren't in his target range...He knows plenty of Ags have large land holdings, maybe you aren't one of them.

So, he's putting out the idea on how to maximize the return on land that may be underutilized...

Good on him if it works out, seems to have to some degree, according to him.
