Dude...

That is my paradise right there. I might even spring for an old Ford 8N convertible w/ shredder to restore and use it to keep everything tidy...just for fun. Maybe add some solar, pork, beef, goats and chickens to the picture and you're basically off grid with beautiful Texas sunsets and coffee on the porch in the mornings.
