I know a guy who gapped down on a 401k loan in 2022. Got in before the interest rates went crazy and had the loan paid back before the market returned to ATH. Total luck obviously but sometimes it works.

Great info! My company also has Optum and they give $250 to employee after employee deposits $350. I'll start a Fidleity HSA and move over my funds from Optum once employer sends the $240.
