Has anyone here incorporated intellectual property into the will and/or other estate planning documents? I have an increasing number of original music copyrights and publishing rights and no attorney I've spoken to has experience dealing with IP issues in estate planning.

If you've done this, how did you approach it? Is there an attorney you recommend to assist?

Lawyer here. I think you are going to have to have two attorneys, an estate attorney and an IP attorney, who work together. Maybe there is "one guy.," but that is going be tough to find.
