In addition to the residential work I do on the side, since 2021 I have been developing and building extended stay hotels.

I have two partners and we have three sites under contract (South Dallas, DeSoto, and Temple). We just found out Elon Musk's Boring Company will be going in right down the street from our South Dallas site.

I was wondering if anyone on TA might be a lender or potential equity partner for us. Equity multiples are 2+ and IRRs are in the 30s/40s. I can send OMs out if anyone is interested.
