I am seeking recommendations for a fee based financial planner and / or estate planner, one with experience on land inheritance, etc.

My wife is set to inherit a very substantial amount of land and it's outside my wheelhouse. I'm not looking for someone to tell me where to invest retirement accounts as we're 100% index funds.

Someone fee based would be ideal.

We are located in San Antonio if it helps. Would be willing to travel to NB, etc.
