Anyone have any good Small Modular Reactor (SMR) companies to keep an eye on? I'm invested in Rolls Royce (RYCEY) and wish I had waited because it's been down for a bit since I bought it. I expect it to go back up, though, with datacenter power draw and more investment in our power infrastructure.

Are there any others y'all are looking at that might seem promising?

Do you think these are worth investing in at all?

I got lucky and invested in OKLO days before trump signed that nuclear executive order and sold it at 3x and bought a sector etf NLR. Technology wise OKLO seems like the highest ceiling but had a huge rise and fall in the past year.

There's the key point, right there.

SNR kinda reminds me of cold fusion. Let me see one that actually works first. I had OKLO and when it finally came back up I was able to get out of it without much of a loss. You can be a bag holder in these stocks for a long time.

I'd be VERY patient buying these and try to get them close to 52 wk (or whatever other metric you want to use) low.

I'm a big fan of nuclear power and am comfortable holding on long term (this is in my roth ira) but not comfortable enough picking out individual companies so thats why I went with NLR

That's a good approach. I took the approach with quantum computing stocks. QTUM i'm up 66% in that ETF. I think I may copy you on that for nuclear

They all got inflated after the executive order and slowly came back to earth. Regulatory environment is going to take a long time but with data center construction and EV adoption nuclear energy in inevitable the next decade
