Probably one of the better games this year in terms of the energy of the players. Need to make those close up shots, but really glad to see the outside shots going in.

Yep, the Aggies went into their "prevent defense!" Gary had them slow it down instead of keeping up the pace, he was playing not to lose.

Lots of good observations here, maybe some of our other posters will get on later to give us their thoughts on the game.

Well, you have your opinion and I have mine, so we can agree to disagree.

GB was not playing not to lose at any point in this game! Like any smart coach with a good lead, you do pay attention to the clock, run your offense and try and get a good shot. You don;t take quick shots . To the Cowgirls credit. they hit some 3's down the stretch. To our credit. we did not foul excessively and the difference in the game was basically at the charity stripe!

I thought Anna was effective when she played even though she didn't have numbers on the stat sheet. Really impressed with Cheah. Have to be pleased that we were up by 4 at the half with Cierra only playing about 4 minutes. The box score says they had 6 blocks but it sure seemed like more than that. Shambria, Kayla and Aaliyah Wilson are 26 of 57 from behind the arc for 46%. I hope I didn't jinx them by writing that.
