What will the next A&M coach have to work with next year?

Gary mentioned after the Ole Miss game that our roster lacks quickness. That will be fatal for the new coach.

We have two 6'6" girls but neither plays. I was surprised to see that Alexis Morris transferred out after last season, as she was our quickest player. We really needed her this year.

Our recruiting is decent...but nothing to write home about. Gary seems to depend on transfers.

Wells, Nixon, Hoppie, Patty, Pitts are all seniors. Only Nixon has an option to come back for an extra year. I'm assuming she doesn't or transfers, cause why play another year for a sh*t show.

That leaves: Jones, Green, Green, Johnson, Roby, Malone, Kindred, Perry as what is left.

We have 3 freshmen guards coming in next year that are all solid, but none seam like one that will take this program from average to good overnight.

We need impact transfers. More than that, we need a coach to rebuild. Like it or not, we will be in an almost complete rebuild mode next year. 4 new starters, hopefully new coaching staff(hoping they get Vic, but not holding my breathe). Hoping our AD doesn't let our program get f*caked like volleyball and potentially softball. Womens Swimming and Diving look to be going down a similar path as well. We have too many old school coaches but the games are changing.

The roster on TexAgs says there are two players at 6'6": Kenyal Perry and Eriny Kindred.

Miss Kindred is listed @ 5-10. Go to a game. One look at her will tell the tale.

TexAgs has her listed as 6'6". But...you've seen her. Guess this site needs to correct her height.

Given we believe we need one of the top coaches in basketball right now, why worry about it???
