I don't have the answers. I'm just telling what I think is in the works based on what I've read.

Team has to go back home and sort out a game plan for Bama. We are getting beat on energy which is causing confidence issues and defeating our drilling.

I have no clue who will be next. But I don't see a reason for a change until after the season is over. I'll offer talking about it doesn't really do anything. Can submit questions to Ask Ross if you want to…

Bolding is mine. I watched from the middle of the third quarter to the end, and the bench players appeared largely disinterested in the game. Maybe it was due to the bad play on the court, IDK. Something isn't right with this product.

You aren't wrong. There seems to be turmoil internally (especially when coaches are posting cryptic messages on their social media). The athletes or our "leaders" are all saying the right things, but they just aren't clicking on the court. It happens. We have some individually very talented athletes that just cannot mesh as a team.

One thing I've noticed over the last few games is how slow we are on defense. The SEC teams that seem to do well against us (let's be honest, almost of them at this point), have figured out that our man defense is weak/slow and our zone is just as weak. We are SLOW. Not much you can do about that if you need your starting 5 in the game bc of their offensive abilities (there was no offense last night). I could tell that we were trying to get the ball up the court after a make and had some sharp crisp passes to break the press; however, we just do not have anyone that can finish at the basket. Extremely athletic teams just destroy us. We can hang with less athletic teams.

The analysts did point out that our game plan did not include trying to attack the basket for offensive rebounds. They kept point out that Kayla was running back on defense as soon as the shot went up and that we only had one athlete even attempting offense rebounds. I would assume this was by design. Unfortunately, that was not an ideal game plan.

Make me think they can run the program at decent to good level to want to see them on the sidelines next year. We will be completely rebuilding in 3 or 4 years!

Recruiting players from the Portal is not always the answer for success. You always have to ask, why is that player wanting to leave her former team? The new WBB head coach needs to attract strong assistant coaches who will recruit the best players in the nation.

Alexis Morris was a terrible loss for us. However, I do agree with the above. The portal is great to fill a gap or a hole. When 3 of your starters come from the portal…well, you've seen what has happened.

Thanks to the SEC tv contract. Recenly we hired Jimbo, Buzz and Schloss....all proven winners as head coaches somewhere else
