Angela Jones kept her word - here's updated information she promised
Howdy!!
On behalf of Texas A&M Women's Basketball, I wanted to start by saying thank you for all of your support of our program throughout the years. You are our backbone and are crucial to our success. The support and love our staff has received since arriving on campus 6 months ago has been indescribable, which is why we are extremely excited to launch our brand new booster club, the Aggie Fast Break Club, to continue building on those newly formed relationships.
The purpose of the Aggie Fast Break Club is to help us transform our "Ladies into Legends". We are dedicated to providing our student-athletes with an elite experience that will help them become their best both on and off the basketball court and we cannot do that without all of you and your support. The Aggie Fast Break Club is our family away from home, and we are looking forward to building life-long connections between our club members and the members of our program. We will achieve this by being committed to providing exclusive access to our program to all of our members. We sincerely thank you for all you do to make our program better each and every day.
This is the year of Becoming for our program. It is a process focused on the now that is designed to help us become the people and program that we want to be. Our goal is to be better today than we were yesterday, and we will achieve that goal through the dedication buy-in of every player on our team. We are returning eight players from last season's team. Some that have great experience playing at this level, and some that itching for the opportunity to prove themselves. All four of our newcomers Janiah Barker, Sydney Bowles, Tineya Hylton and Mya Petticord have all acclimated to the Bryan-College Station area and are loving being Aggies. Those four newcomers were the No. 7 recruiting class in the country, and we can't wait to watch them develop on and off the court.
We would love to have you all join us on this journey by becoming members of the 22-23 Aggie Fast Break Club!
