Glad to see we played a bit better yesterday. Missed the game as we are traveling. Looks like Barker only played 23 minutes and wasn't in foul trouble. Any opinions as to why?

Coach played all players double digit minutes including Mya Petticord in her first action of the season.
Kindred played more minutes. So the minutes spread out more, and based on the lop sided win, Barker
wasn't needed to play more. Plus she was only 4-12 on fg and 1-5 on ft. no assists and 2 turnovers. She did have 5 boards for 4th best on the team.

Just my opinion from being at the game, but Janiah seems to still be getting up to the fitness level required for Coach Taylor's style of play. She got subbed out a couple of times when clearly winded and not fully getting back on defense so I'd attribute that to her lack of minutes. Wasn't just her though…Taylor subbed often for fresh legs.

And as others said, we didn't really need her in this one so lots of other players got minutes.
