Also OU is playing good defense but our offensive players standing around doesn't challenge them at all.

This season is giving "Gary Blair celebration of career tour". I think Joni and team have given up.

Earlier in the game the female announcer said she asked Joni what our offensive identity is? Joni basically said our defense creates our offense. Interpretation….we have no real offensive scheme, Just sad but hey, we only trail by 21 at the half!

On offense the Aggies never seem to move a lot, I just don't get it. It's like they have forgotten how to play fundamental basketball.

Currently Sahara and Amirah are the only graduate/graduate transfers. Lauren and AC are red shirt seniors and might be done.

Have a feeling we will lose Kyndall, Taliyah, Vanessa and possibly Janae. Those are the players with the most upside and they won't play for a losing program.

What is the future of the program? We have 11? On scholarship , no recruiting stars, we lose at least 4 to graduation , throw in 3-4 transfers and the cupboard is bare. Joni probably should have spent a whole lot less time on the national teams and a whole lot more recruiting to the school that has made her one of the highest paid coaches in WBB. The Blair legacy is eroding away and now we are back to apathy on the part of the players and the fan base.

Personally, I feel the teams we play watch film and figure out how to beat our zone defense and by the time we respond it's too late. We caught OleMiss off guard (kind of like Marcel Reed vs LSU)). Once teams know what we are running we just don't have the coaches or athletes to respond currently.

Joni's body language and sideline demeanor looks like she has given up. It would not surprise me to see her take another job at the end of the season as her resume is certainly not being enhanced by her results here.

Why would she do,that nobody else is gonna pay her 1.5 million. She can make how much more staying or getting fired

Just looking ahead on the schedule. Georgia is definitely a game we should win on Thursday. Here's hoping. If we didn't have to spot other teams a 20 point lead, we'd be competitive in most games.

My guess is that she has career aspirations that involves proving her promise is founded in fact. She will not want to be fired after three abysmal seasons with nothing to show for it. I think AD gives her an out to go elsewhere and we'll pick up the fourth year of her contract . The program is getting ready to lose a huge portion of the season ticket base and other SEC programs are leaving us in the dust. He has to act now and if he can save a full payout by convincing her now to look elsewhere to save her resume and we can pursue a proven winner now .

The season ticket base is gone and even at our peak the program lost millions. I'm sure the AD would be thrilled if she left on her own. But I don't see him spending money on any buyout. He won't do that for G who's buyout is far less

Started watching in the fourth quarter - this is really sad basketball. It's like they just show up and play it by ear. No one seems to have any spunk.

They go through the motions and invariably launch shots , miss and don't get back on defense. She can't bench anyone because there's no bench.

JT has failed spectacularly in recruitment, development, retention, and coaching. Alberts will retain her, just like Coach G, and sit idly by as the program becomes an increasing embarrassment.
