That team was different…I have been as big of a critic as possible of Joni, but this was a successful game plan and team tonight. Hope we can build on it and do more.

Agree on all points. AC was great. Ware played the best game I've seen her play all season. Sole also with the clutch FTs. And our defense was excellent.aggiedrjdub said:

Not only did Kentucky come into this game #11 in AP, 16-1 & 5-0 in SEC play, but they lead the conference in FG%. We have officially shown the conference that we are a defensive force to be reckoned with.

In Joni's post-game interview she said that Lauren is in more pain just walking than she can even describe. Sure hate to hear that. Makes Lauren's effort tonight even more impressive! She's a warrior!!

When the network was interviewing Joni, Ware walked by holding her knee brace and she was a little gimpy on that leg. Not terrible, but you could definitely notice a limp.
