Wish other coaches would look at their situation and make the announcement to gracefully step away. Not naming any names, but seems like a noble thing to do.

I will add. I hope I am extremely wrong and someone can post what an idiot I am for thinking our coach needs to depart when we have amazing results in the very near future. Nothing would make me happier than to be wrong and she has a plan that just happens to be at the very start and will only improve (quickly).

Don't apologize. We all like Joni. She's an incredible person and has an amazing family; she just has not gotten it done here. This is a results driven industry. We rolled the dice and it didn't go our way. The program is in a death spiral and I don't think even she could objectively step back and feel it is not.
