Really nice event. The purpose obviously being to engage a wider group to help get our NIL game more competitive. The numbers being spent by our competitors is eye opening.

Exposing our leading fans to the national championship coach for a lift is a great idea.

I am glad some of you went. How was the turn out? I live out of state, so no way I could attend.

Turnout was good, especially with how quick this all came together! There were ~15 sponsored tables and the rest of the room was full. There were two live auctions that brought around $10k, at least that much in silent auction (I didn't count but off the top of my head, at least $10k) and additional pledges made. Cory Close herself was one of the people who pledged $3,300.

I think it was good for everyone to hear from three people coming at this from three different angles seeing the struggles of NIL and women's basketball.

That's great to hear! Hopefully this will go along way in getting the basketball program back on track.

Now let's maybe win a few more conference games next year!

It was a nice event and a good crowd. Maybe $50-100K raised if I had to make a guess. That is nice, but the teams at the top of our conference spend $4-6M per year in NIL for their players.

Thanks for the competitive specifics.
