Check out Payne Land Surveying. Phillip Payne is the owner, and their is not to many times I have called him and he not answer or call back immediately. Great guy and been very successful. Office is in Caldwell, but I know quite a few realtors that use him all the time for the BCS area.

I don't know Mr. MacArthur but from a surveying standpoint his license shows to have been allowed to expire at the end of 2017.
