If any Ag / Former Ag is looking for a nice "Winter Texan" rental down in Rockport Tx, look up my property. My wife and I purchased this unit and it's been 100% / completely remodeled this year (due to Harvey). I'd love to have an Aggie in there if I were to get that lucky. A couple miles outside the city limits so it's very peaceful and quiet. Great country / water views. If you're a birder you'll have tons of birds to see, from cranes, falcons, ducks, geese, and all the shorebirds. If you love to fish from Kayak the trout and red fishing here is about as good as it gets during winter months.
