Does anyone know of a video/series (YouTube?) documenting the construction process of high-end homes? I've been watching house tour videos lately of multi-million dollar homes, and it really makes me wonder more about the process of building them.

Matt Risinger has some pretty good videos. It's not a comprehensive how to, but he's been rebuilding his house in Austin so you can see the progression pretty well.

Watch the Abandoned Mansion series on YouTube by DemolitionRanch. They gut a huge mansion in Boerne and put super nice finishes in it. Really detailed.
