Can someone please help me determine how to map deed coordinates (survey coordinate) that are in a format like this:

S 29deg 49min 33sec E, 95.76 ft

I get the hours/min/sec format, but the E 95.76 ft is throwing me off.

S 29deg 49min 33sec E is the bearing
95.76 ft is the length of the line

So read it as...Starting South turn 29deg 49min 33sec to the East and head 95.76 feet

This will just give you a line out in space. You will need a benchmark to know where to start.
