Looking at a nice ranch property -- around 90 acres with a nice 2500 sq ft house on it (not a barndomium) Some outbuildings.

We own our house outright and don't plan on selling it -- this would be additional.

It has a current ag exception. No oil production. No flood Plain. Robertson County.

What do loan rates for a property like that look like?

The ask is around $800k, and we would put about $400k down.

I've never done an ag loan.

Any advice would be great!
