When is a listing "stagnant"?

This might not have a specific defined answer, but when does a listing become considered somewhat "stagnant", specifically related to raw rural land? Just trying to figure out when a seller might start to consider softening up a bit. 30 days? 60 days?

Seems like things in this market either fly off the market in the 1st couple of weeks or they don't due to various factors like overpricing or various undesirable property attributes. Thanks in advance!

How long do you want to ignore this user?
It becomes stale when you stop getting showings. It's easy to track with SF homes because the lock box will tell you when people look, may be more difficult with land.
