Lindi/Camaron (Coldwell Bankers) is the largest Realtor in the area, I believe. They also handle land/farm sales and purchases.

We started looking in that area around 2019. A quality 100 acre place was selling for $11,000-$12,000/acre in 2019. Now, post covid, there are some comps for that sized property at $20,000+/acre (raw land value only). We finally gave up and moved further out in our search where you can still actually get something for your money.

Went to Round Top for the first time in 11 years the other day. The hippies are already ruining it. Boutique crap everywhere. It's like a mini Fredericksburg combined with Chip and Joanna crapfests on the weekends.
